Set among the boutiques of Rue D'Antibes in central Cannes, the Eden Hotel is only 150 meters from the famous Croisette boulevard, with its palm trees, miles of sandy beaches and Hollywood Street of Stars. All 42 air- conditioned rooms have contemporary décor with modern furnishings and wood flooring. All include marble bathrooms with bathrobes and offer minibars, satellite television and tea/coffee-making facilities.
After a busy day, guests can sample a cocktail or two in the colorful hotel lounge bar and room service is also available for drinks and snacks. There is a parking garage for those arriving by car. Although there is no restaurant, the central location of the hotel means there are many dining options in the vicinity and many of Cannes' most popular tourist attractions are within easy reach. The Festival and Congress Palace is 200 meters away and the old town is 700 meters away. Water sport fans will find a wide range of water activities available along the beaches of La Croisette. Nice's Cote D'Azur airport is 27 kilometers from the city center, a drive of around 25 minutes. Buses run from the airport to Cannes every 30 minutes and take around 45 minutes. SNCF national train services run to and from the airport every 30 minutes from Cannes Gare St Laurent du Var. Taxis are available to all destinations, but motorway tolls may be added to the fare. Many of Cannes' attractions can be reached easily on foot from the Eden Hotel. A good bus service is provided for the suburbs and for many of the outlying towns and villages. The bus station can be found at the north-west corner of the port, on the Place Bernard Cornut-Gentille.
